The Firm was established in February 1998 by co-founders Attorney Marco Fusi and Attorney Liliana Bertolini.
The goal that guided the founders, since their earliest steps in jurisprudence, was the willingness to learn and to be able to share with others the knowledge that they acquire, day by day, in the practice of an attorney.
One key principle, that governs the Firm is that the knowledge of one's rights and the awareness of one's duties represent effective tools to help people have a more rewarding life and companies to manage their business more profitably.
Since the beginning of his professional career, Attorney Marco Fusi has dedicated himself to the study of specific issues in the fields of commercial law, criminal law and tax law, also carrying out ongoing consultancy activities for client companies.
Attorney Liliana Bertolini, who has also been a civil and commercial mediator since 2010, has a particular sensitivity for the evaluation of the possible conciliatory aspect of each dispute, thus giving added value to the treatment of sensitive matters such as family law and minors' law issues, which are examined and addressed with particular attention to the people and to a possible definition that harmonizes conflicts, de-escalating them.
Administrative law is addressed in close collaboration with professionals specialized in the sector, to ensure wide-ranging protection, with particular attention to environmental law, a sector of law that is in some respects "new", but fundamental for correct and sustainable economic and social development.
